Shipping & Delivery

Every Ink and Snail order is carefully prepared, packed and sent on its way with plenty of care. We want opening your parcel to feel just as lovely as choosing what goes inside it.

Preparing Your Order

Orders are typically prepared and sent on their way within 1–3 business days. During especially busy seasons or holidays, a little extra time may occasionally be needed.

Once your parcel begins its journey, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please take a moment to review your shipping address before placing your order. We would hate for your Ink and Snail parcel to wander down the wrong path.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, estimated arrival dates are determined by the carrier and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays or other delays along the way.

While we cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates, we are always happy to help if your parcel does not seem to be traveling as expected.

A Parcel That Seems to Have Lost Its Way

If your tracking information shows an unexpected delay or your parcel appears to be missing, please contact us at hello@inkandsnail.com. We will be happy to review the details with you and help determine the next step.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Every order is checked with care before leaving Ink and Snail, but occasionally something unexpected can happen along the way.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contains an incorrect item or is missing something, please contact us as soon as possible.

When reaching out, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue and photographs of any damaged items and packaging when applicable. We will review everything carefully and work with you to make things right.
